"We have been dealing with many server companies in the past and Shrapnel is the best concerning server quality, service, support and pricing. A company representative will show up and game on our servers to make sure all was working fine and that we were happy. It is by far the cheapest on the market for what you get. Windows servers and free teamspeak and website included. I really don't know how these guys make money but hey, we are more then happy with it all.

Very fast FTP access and great on/off toggle program for the server. We never had the server go down yet where we couldn't put it back up ourselves. There's nothing more annoying then having to wait for a server company to be online to boot up your server. We never had to request this yet.

Highly recommended, something that I have NEVER said before about any other server company."
